【原料】原料:嫩母鸡1只1000克,红干椒10克,葱姜各25克。
【制作过程】一、净鸡煮7成熟捞出晾凉,去头、爪、骨后切块;二、炒锅置旺火上加油烧至8成热,下鸡块,姜丝,辣椒末煸炒;三、再加黄醋,料酒,盐,花椒末调好味,加肉汤焖至汤汁收干时,放葱段勾芡装盘即可。
